Hopak

Hopak is the national dance of Ukraine. In Carpathia Folk Dance Ensemble's version, dancers show off their Poltava style outfits and dance tricks to entertain and impress the crowds. The dance opens with a traditional presentation of a Korovai bread, a traditional gesture of hospitality and unity.
